• 3/8 in. Sample Inlet Isolation Valve, high temperature inlet<br />
• Sample Cooler, Sentry Model FLR6225<br />
• 3-Way Cooling Water Inlet Valve<br />
• Globe Valve on the Cooling Water Outlet<br /><br />
Cooling Water Valve Materials are Stainless Steel<br />
• PCV Low Pressure Reducing/Rate Set Valve<br />
• Sentry TSV with a setpoint of 120 F (49 C)<br />
• Sentry BPRV with a Setpoint of 20 psig/1.4 barg<br />
• Temperature Gauge, 0-250F/ -20 - 120 C<br />
• Total Flow Indicator, 0-1600 cc/min, glass tube and Kynar ends<br />
• Grab sample collection point<br />
• SS Sample sink<br />
• All sample tubing throughout Single Line is SA249, T316SS.<br />
• All components are factory mounted on a 12 in. W x 36 in. H, 304SS backplate.<br /><br />
Analyzer Panel consisting of the following components:<br />
• (1) Valved rotameter, 0-580 cc/min, Kynar ends, Glass Tube<br />
• (2) Sentry conductivity cell holders suitable for Emerson Rosemount 400VP conductivity sensor<br />
• (1) holder located to provide specific conductivity measurement<br />
• (1) holder located to provide cation conductivity measurement<br />
• (1) Sentry RC-100 Resin Column<br />
Components mounted to a 36 in. H 304 SS backplate.<br />
Backplate provided with mounting pattern for Emerson Rosemount 56 / 1056 instrument<br />
• The conductivity sensors and instrument to be provided and installed by others<br />
• The Single Line and Analyzer Panel to mounted to unistrut channel.<br />
• Inter-connecting sample tubing between the Single Line and Analyzer panel inlcuded.<br />
• The Single Line and Analyzer panel will be dis-assembled for shipping in individual boxes.
